About Technology
Styling & Graphics Design
Focusing on the seamless integration of artistry with the distinctive identity of the Thai Rung (TR) brand, our designers develop design lines, sketches, and 3D models to define the body structure and overall appearance of multipurpose and special-purpose vehicles.
Engineering Design
Powered by advanced and efficient engineering technologies, our engineering team utilizes sophisticated CAD software to calculate, research, and develop vehicle structures, mechanical components, and safety systems. The design process emphasizes flexibility, speed, and practical manufacturability through a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) approach.
Reverse Engineering
High-precision 3D scanning technology is used to convert physical objects into digital data, enabling detailed analysis of existing structures, defect inspection, performance enhancement, and application in the development of molds, jigs, and fixtures.
Prototype Development
The development of prototypes and structural components enables the evaluation of proportions, fit, and real-world usability. This stage is crucial for verifying component compatibility and assembly, helping to minimize design errors and control production costs.
